Refund Policy

This policy explains how Seedance API handles credit package purchases, credit usage, and failed generation requests.

Credit Package Purchases

Credit package purchases are not refundable. Please review the package details before completing checkout.

Failed Requests

If a create request fails before a video task is successfully created by the service, credits will not be deducted. If credits are temporarily deducted during processing, they will be returned automatically when the failure is confirmed.

Billing Questions

For billing questions, email us with the account email, purchase date, checkout session or receipt if available, and a description of the issue.
