Information We Collect

When you use Seedance API, we may collect your Google account email, profile identifier, session information, API key metadata, credit balance, request logs, generated task status, prompts, model parameters, and references to uploaded media used for video generation workflows.

API key secrets are shown only when created. We store API keys using hashed or encrypted representations for authentication and account management.

Uploads, Prompts, and Generated Content

If you upload images, videos, audio, or other reference assets, we process those files to submit video generation tasks to the upstream provider. We may store upload URLs, task inputs, outputs, and logs so you can view task history, debug requests, and manage API usage.

Do not upload sensitive personal information or content that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for the prompts, reference media, and generated outputs you create through the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Subotiz. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We may store checkout session IDs, payment status, purchased credit pack details, customer email, and related billing metadata so credits can be delivered and support requests can be handled.

Analytics and Service Operations

We may use analytics and logging tools to understand page visits, product usage, checkout flow performance, API errors, and abuse signals. This helps us operate the service, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and support customers.

Sharing and Processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate Seedance API, including authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, and upstream video generation. We may also share information if required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse of the service.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, billing, credit, request, and task records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve operational logs. You may contact us to request deletion of account data, subject to billing, security, and legal retention requirements.
